Before you start

  • At least a few weeks of readings for the building.

Steps

  1. Step 1: Declare when the building is occupied

On Variables & Factors, choose the building. Under Routine drivers, declare its operating calendar: the hours and days it is in use, in its own time zone, and why that drives its consumption.

  2. Step 2: Choose a methodology card

In Savings Analysis, on the Analyse tab, choose the building. Each card is a ready-made method. A card the building cannot support is listed under Not for this building, with the reason.

  3. Step 3: Apply it and set the window

Choose Use this — then adjust anything on a card. Radr fills in its settings; set the baseline window and change anything you need.

  4. Step 4: Fit it and read the verdict

Choose Fit this configuration. The verdict says whether the model meets the standard it is judged against, gate by gate. To keep the run as evidence, give it a title and choose Save run.

What you’ll see

  • A saved run is kept exactly as fitted, and appears under Saved.
  • A verdict of not judged means Radr could not judge the fit, not that it failed.

Troubleshooting

A card is under Not for this building.
Open it to read why. Usually the building has not declared something the card needs, such as when it is occupied.
The verdict says Not judged.
The fit was measured, but there was too little data, or it was fitted at a finer grain than the standard applies to. It is not a pass and not a failure.
