These terms cover your use of www.ecoradr.com, the Radr marketing website. They do not cover the Radr platform — see “If you become a customer” below.

The content here is informational

Everything on this site — the platform pages, the blog, the case studies, the newsroom — is published to explain what we do. It is general information, not engineering advice, not financial advice, and not a recommendation about a specific building. Do not make an investment or a plant decision on the basis of a page on this site without having the underlying numbers measured for your own site.

Nothing here is a binding offer, a quotation, or a commitment to supply anything on particular terms. Pricing is by custom quotation, and a quotation comes from us in writing after we understand what is in scope.

No warranty on the site itself

We write this site carefully and we correct what we find to be wrong. But the site is provided as it is: we do not warrant that every page is accurate or current at the moment you read it, that it will be available without interruption, or that it is free of errors. Case study figures describe what was measured in a particular building under particular conditions, and are not a prediction of what will be measured in yours.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your reliance on the content of this website. This does not limit anything that cannot lawfully be limited.

Intellectual property

The content, design, text, code and marks on this site belong to Radr or to our licensors. You may read it, print it, and quote from it with attribution and a link — journalists and analysts especially, and there are quotable company facts on the newsroom page for exactly that purpose. You may not republish it wholesale as your own, use our name or marks to imply an endorsement or a partnership that does not exist, or scrape the site to train or populate a product without our written permission.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to this site or the systems behind it, and do not use the contact form to send unsolicited marketing or anything unlawful. The form has automated-submission protection on it, and submissions it catches are discarded.

Links to other sites

Where we link to somewhere else, we do not control that destination and we are not responsible for its content or its privacy practices.

If you become a customer

Nothing on this website creates a service relationship. Any actual supply of the Radr platform or of measurement and verification work is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties, which sets out the service, the commercial terms, data ownership and handling, confidentiality, service levels and liability. Where that agreement and this page differ, that agreement governs.

We may update these terms. The version published here is the one that applies to your use of the site.
