An IPMVP Option B baseline on a design partner’s chiller plant was certified against ASHRAE Guideline 14 hourly criteria, fitted on measured plant data with weather and an occupancy schedule as drivers. The engagement identified that the majority of plant consumption fell outside the building’s occupied hours.
Customers can now export the underlying interval data behind any figure Radr reports, so a number can be verified against the customer’s own source system rather than taken on trust. Exports carry the coverage percentage and the exclusion reasons for any interval that was not measured.
Radr now models commercial electricity tariffs as a schedule of components across five charging bases — rather than collapsing them to a single blended rate — so cost avoidance reflects the tariff the site is actually billed under, including maximum demand and time-of-use structures.
Radr began structured design-partner work with commercial property in Malaysia, focused on extracting verified savings from existing building instrumentation rather than on new hardware deployment.
