What is useful to include
Four things that let us answer properly
None of these are required. Each one removes a round trip, and together they are usually enough for us to say what is measurable in your estate before we ever speak.
- Roughly how many buildings, and where they are. Portfolio size is the main thing that changes how an engagement is scoped.
- Whether there is existing monitoring — a BMS, submeters, data loggers, a historian, or nothing but the utility bill. Either starting point works; they lead to different first steps.
- What you are trying to prove or report. A savings claim someone will audit, a carbon disclosure, a lender or a landlord asking for verified figures, or a plant you already suspect is costing you money.
- Any deadline. A reporting submission or a board date changes what we would propose doing first, and whether there is enough measured history to do it honestly.
On pricing
There is no price list, and we would rather say why than leave you guessing. What an engagement costs depends on how many buildings are in scope and how much of the instrumentation already exists — connecting to a commissioned BMS and connecting to a site with one main meter are different pieces of work, and pretending otherwise with a per-building tier would overcharge one of them. So quotation is custom, and it comes after we understand what is already there.
Or write to us directly
hello@ecoradr.com reaches the same inbox as the form. If you prefer to attach something — a meter schedule, a points list, twelve months of invoices — use the address rather than the form.
If you would rather read first: how the platform works, what “measured, or refused” means in practice, or why the company works this way.
